Job Role Overview

The Workplace Ambassador plays a pivotal role in crafting exceptional experiences for colleagues, customers, and visitors within commercial environments.

This position is an integral part of the Facilities Team, which prioritizes delivering customer-centric services.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding colleague and customer service.
  • Maintain and promote the organization's brand values and principles.
  • Apply passion and expertise in customer-facing roles, focusing on delivering professional-grade services within the service industry.
  • Deliver seamless experiences across on-site facilities, anticipating needs and engaging with colleagues and visitors.
  • Receive and welcome guests, collect deliveries, sort mail, provide locker access, and assign temporary parking spots.
  • Support building operations, including event space bookings and setup, parking, and property access.
  • Conduct regular floor checks using checklists to note and report maintenance issues.
  • Cross-train to be proficient in both front-of-house and back-of-house functions.
  • Perform other tasks as directed by management.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in hospitality or customer-facing roles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks with operational awareness.
  • Demonstrate problem-solving skills and a practical approach.
  • Display a growth mindset, eagerness to learn, and a team-oriented attitude.
