The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and delivering exceptional workplace experiences that inspire collaboration and connection among team members.

They will serve as the face and ambassador of Workplace Experience, promoting a positive environment across offices and fostering a culture of idea-sharing.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in distributed environments and servicing remote and hybrid ways of working.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the ambassador of Workplace Experience, promoting the WX brand and fostering a positive environment across offices
  • Provide exceptional workplace experiences for all employees and visitors, collaborating with key program leads to implement innovative programs
  • Create and deliver high-level communications that effectively reach and engage all team members
  • Coordinate and organise global events, activations and programs that enhance employee engagement and promote a positive workplace culture
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of delivering workplace experience, events/activations and food and beverage operations across multiple offices
  • Experience working in a distributed environment and servicing remote and hybrid ways of working
  • Ability to foster a culture of idea-sharing and involve diverse stakeholders
  • Proven ability to handle complex customer requests and improve the customer experience using feedback and data
