Job Overview

As an ER Manager, you will lead a team of advisors in a highly collaborative function. This role provides an opportunity to shape employee relations outcomes in a complex global environment.

The successful candidate will have tertiary qualifications in HR, ER or Employment Law, combining deep knowledge of State and Federal legislation with proven experience advising senior stakeholders on high-risk matters.

Key responsibilities will include leading, coaching and developing the ER team, acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, overseeing investigations and grievances, and partnering with Work Health & Safety.
