Job Title: Partnership and Integration Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Partnership and Integration Manager.

About This Opportunity

Our organisation is committed to supporting people into work through the Connect to Work programme, a key part of the government's Get Britain Working strategy.

Councils in Cumbria are receiving funding from the Department of Work and Pensions to develop and launch a Cumbria-wide programme to support people into employment.

To ensure the success of this programme, we are building a new team to drive programme mobilisation and live-running.

This role is available on an initial 3-year fixed-term basis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Bulding and maintaining relationships with partners including local authorities, VCSE organisations, education and training providers, health partners, and employers.
  • Ensuring the Connect to Work programme aligns with wider local strategies.
  • Acting as the main point of contact for key stakeholders.
  • Leading on the operational and technical integration of Connect to Work with other relevant services and programmes across Cumbria.
  • Contributing to the overall design, implementation and evaluation of the programme.
Benefits

We offer a guaranteed interview to applicants who meet the essential criteria for the role.

Applicants will be considered for the following categories:

  • Those who consider themselves disabled as defined by the Equality Act 2010.
  • Those in care or who have left care and are aged 24 and under.
  • Armed forces veterans whose last long term substantive employer was the armed forces.
How To Apply

Please contact Isobel Brown via email at mail@careers.cumberlandcouncil.gov.au to find out more information about the role or to arrange an informal chat prior to your application.
