Strategic Partnerships Lead

About This Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead strategic collaboration across different sectors to implement and maintain our Connect to Work programme.

  • Develop and sustain relationships with partners including local authorities, VCSE organisations, education and training providers, health partners, and employers.
  • Evaluate the Connect to Work programme to ensure it aligns with wider local strategies.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for key stakeholders.
  • Oversee the operational and technical integration of Connect to Work with other relevant services and programmes across Cumbria.
  • Contribute to the overall design, implementation, and evaluation of the programme.
