Job Opportunity

This role is part of a supported employment programme called Connect to Work, which aims to support people into work by developing and launching a Cumbria-wide initiative.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building relationships with partners, including local authorities, VCSE organisations, education and training providers, health partners, and employers. They will also ensure that the Connect to Work programme aligns with local strategies.

  • Build relationships with partners.

  • Act as main point of contact for key stakeholders.
  • Lead on operational integration of Connect to Work with other relevant services across Cumbria.
  • Contribute to overall design and evaluation of the programme.
