About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cluster Centre Manager to lead the operations of our two recreation centres in Broken Hill. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, managing staff, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality programs and services to the local community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the operations of two recreation centres, including staff management, financial planning, and risk management
  • Develop and implement business growth strategies to increase revenue and participation
  • Manage and develop staff across the portfolio, including coordinators and team leaders
  • Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and facility management requirements
  • Collaborate with local organizations to build key community connections and ensure our centres meet the needs of the local community
Requirements
  • Significant industry knowledge and experience of at least 3-5 years in facility management, preferably in the recreation or leisure industry
  • Demonstrated high-level communication skills, including written and verbal reporting
  • Knowledge of community recreation and facility contract management
  • Experience in managing staff, financial management, and risk management
  • First Aid and CPR qualifications
