Cluster Centre Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cluster Centre Manager to join our team at YMCA NSW. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for the overall operations of our two recreation centres in Broken Hill, including the Broken Hill Regional Aquatic Centre and the Broken Hill Integrated Wellness Centre.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage the senior management team, including coordinators and team leaders, to ensure the successful operation of the two centres.
- Develop and implement business and programs within the operating budget and contract compliance requirements.
- Manage staff, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
- Develop and manage budgets, including financial planning and reporting.
- Ensure the centres meet the needs of the local community, including developing and delivering community-based recreation, wellbeing, and activity-focused programs.
- Build key community connections with local organisations to ensure the centres remain relevant and responsive to community needs.
- Significant industry knowledge and experience of at least 3-5 years in facility management, preferably in a recreation or leisure setting.
- Demonstrated high-level communication skills, including written and verbal reporting.
- Knowledge of community recreation and facility contract management.
- Experience in managing staff, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
- Experience in financial management, including budget development and management.
- First Aid and CPR qualifications.
