We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to lead our Swim School team at Broken Hill Regional Aquatic Centre.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of aquatics programs, including the Y NSW Swim School program, Schools Swimming lessons, and Lane Hire.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage the Swim School team to deliver high-quality swimming lessons and programs.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve program participation and engagement.
- Manage budgets and KPIs to ensure efficient program delivery.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including parents, teachers, and community groups.
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a safe and inclusive environment for all participants.
- Passion for teaching swimming and experience in managing and leading teams.
- Knowledge of budget and KPI management, as well as strong stakeholder management experience.
- Current First Aid and CPR certification, as well as AUSTSWIM Teacher of Swimming and Water Safety qualifications.
- Working with Children Check clearance.
