About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced swimming professional to lead our successful Swim School team at Broken Hill Regional Aquatic Centre.

The Swim School Coordinator will be responsible for managing all aspects of aquatics programs, including the Y NSW Swim School program, Schools Swimming lessons, and Lane Hire.

The successful applicant will have a strong knowledge and understanding of the Y NSW Swim School program, educational trends, and industry development.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and managing the Swim School team
  • Developing and implementing aquatics programs
  • Managing budgets and KPIs
  • Providing exceptional customer service and education
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to achieve program goals

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A passion for teaching swimming
  • Experience in managing and leading teams
  • Knowledge of budget and KPI management
  • Strong stakeholder management experience
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification
  • AUSTSWIM Teacher of Swimming and Water Safety certification
  • Working with Children Check
