Senior Boat Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Boat Technician to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for the construction and finishing of high-quality boats.
Main Responsibilities:
- Laminate fiberglass components to a lamination schedule
- Perform in-line inspections to minimize quality issues
- Handle hazardous chemicals and maintain a clean and tidy work environment
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in the Lamination Industry
- Experience in Resin Infusion processes and implementing advanced composite technologies
- Excellent hand tool skills and machinery experience
About the Role:
This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement. The successful candidate will have a passion for boat building and a desire to work in a fast-paced production environment.
