Leveraging advanced surveillance technologies and systems, you will lead efforts to safeguard our people, assets, and operations.
Your expertise will drive the optimisation of both current and emerging surveillance infrastructure, ensuring peak operational performance and uncompromising integrity across all security functions.This is a fantastic opportunity where you will take good care of both our valued patrons and team members.ResponsibilitiesSupport the Asset Protection Systems Manager with management of the Surveillance Technical team and systems, ensuring complianceRespond to and resolve faults, maintenance requests and equipment failures with the Surveillance CCTV system and other associated Surveillance systemsProvide technical support and training to operational teams using any surveillance managed systemsConduct preventative maintenance to CCTV cameras and system, including hardware replacement programsAssist with system updates throughout projects to reflect the operational layout of the systemAssist the Surveillance leadership team with various projects, ensuring timely completion and within allocated budgetsMaintain compliance with all regulatory and WHS requirementsWhat we are looking forExperience with enterprise CCTV and access control systems and large-scale sitesInstallation/Servicing/Commissioning experience with Gallagher, Honeywell EBI, Avigilon VMSCapability to install all types of electronic & IP based security components, maglocks, electric strikes, card readers, CCTV cameras, etcCertification in CCTV Installation or Security Equipment (highly regarded)Experience with IP Networking, Windows Administration (Active Directory), Electronic repairs and fault findingStrong understanding of relevant statutory regulations and reporting requirementsAbility to ensure compliance with business and departmental policies and proceduresExceptional interpersonal and communication skillsEligible to obtain a Casino Employee license (which includes thorough background checks)Available to work a full-time Monday to Friday rosterAbout youAs a proactive and diligent professional, you will maintain a high level of knowledge and competency relating to surveillance equipment.
