We are currently seeking highly skilled and experienced composite technicians to join our team as senior boat builders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
  • Prepare moulds for lamination, including applying release agents and gelcoat
  • Laminate fiberglass components in accordance with a predetermined schedule
  • Perform quality control checks to minimize defects and imperfections
  • Install structural materials such as wood, aluminum flat bar, foam, and core mat
  • Handle hazardous chemicals safely and maintain a clean working environment
Requirements
  • Relevant trade qualifications or experience in a similar field
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
  • Willingness to follow safety procedures and guidelines
Working Conditions
  • Work will be performed in a manufacturing environment
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Regular attendance and punctuality are essential
