To be considered for this role, you must have extensive experience in the Lamination Industry, including experience in Resin Infusion processes & implementing advanced composite technologies. You must also have excellent hand tool skills and machinery experience, with a demonstrated ability to work to strict deadlines and meet targets. Additionally, you must be able to communicate and work well within a team environment, with a strong eye for detail and a focus on accuracy and quality first time.
