Transformative Sustainability Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate individual to join our team as a transformative sustainability specialist. This role presents an excellent opportunity for a graduate looking to start a career in sustainable design and the built environment.

This role involves working across various industry sectors, including education, commercial, healthcare, retail, and residential. You will have the opportunity to develop your knowledge and skills, assisting in the analysis, reporting, modelling, and documentation of sustainable design projects.

\

You will perform sustainability design analysis, microclimate analysis, computational simulation, manage green building certification, develop strategies for water conservation, drive the reduction in upfront emissions, transportation, undertake energy audits, and other related duties.

\

The ideal candidate will be educated to degree level in engineering, the built environment or a related area, with exposure to relevant skills. Excellent communication skills and experience of using initiative to overcome challenges are essential.

\The Skills\

To excel in this role, you will require:

  • Knowledge of ESD rating tools such as Green Star, NABERS, LBC etc.
  • Prior experience with energy modelling software and parametric modelling software (Grasshopper/Rhino/Dynamo) is viewed positively but not essential.
