Digital Change Leadership Opportunity

A global shipbuilder and defence contractor seeks a Strategic Transformation Specialist to lead change management services across projects and initiatives supporting digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead change management activities for projects and initiatives, ensuring changes are prioritised and executed.
  • Manage a portfolio of projects requiring fit-for-purpose change management advisory and specialist support.
  • Identify, plan, and implement change management requirements to support successful project outcomes.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers, Program Managers, Sponsors, and key stakeholders to develop and implement effective change management plans.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Tertiary qualification in Management, Organisational Development, or Communications.
  • Change Management certification at practitioner level or higher (Prosci or similar).
  • Minimum 5+ years' experience leading and managing digital change initiatives in complex organisation environments.
  • Experience providing change management services in a portfolio of projects in multiple concurrent functional areas.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to establish and maintain strong working relationships.
  • Demonstrable experience working in fast and complex organisational environments.
