Job Title: System Response and Transformation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a System Response and Transformation Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering strategic projects, collecting and analysing data, and reporting on performance.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong analytical abilities, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You will also possess knowledge of project management methodologies and experience working with senior leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver strategic projects that align with the department's goals and objectives.
  • Collect and analyse data to inform business decisions.
  • Report on performance metrics to senior leaders.
  • Develop recommendations for business improvement and transformation initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business administration, information technology, or computer science.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a government agency.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
