Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead ESG and sustainability reporting engagements, including climate-related disclosures aligned with AASB S2, IFRS S1/S2, GRI, and SASB.
  • Provide technical advice and strategic insights to clients navigating complex regulatory landscapes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Strategy & Transformation, Risk Advisory, and People Advisory.
  • Mentor and guide junior consultants, developing leadership capability while fostering a high-performance team culture.
  • Support business development efforts through proposals and client presentations.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in ESG/sustainability reporting, ideally within a consulting environment.
  • Ability to interpret International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and Australian Accounting Standards (AASB).
  • Demonstrated experience in climate-change and sustainability reporting, GRI, SASB and other global standards.
  • Background in accounting, finance, or sustainability with relevant qualifications.
