We're searching for an energetic and motivated Senior Account Executive to acquire new business and expand our existing Elastic accounts in NSW. This position will report directly to the RVP of Commercial and Enterprise Sales for ANZ.
Main Job Responsibilities:- Build relationships and stimulate demand for Elastic solutions among commercial clients, helping them derive maximum value from their data sets.
- Act as a champion for our Open Source offerings while effectively communicating and demonstrating the capabilities of our commercial features.
- Discover innovative applications and use cases to empower customers to work more efficiently.
- Cultivate strategic relationships across Elastic functions to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Work closely with customers to identify new business opportunities, manage through the sales cycle, and close complex transactions.
- Develop a business strategy through community, customer, and partner ecosystems to drive significant Elastic growth within your territory.
- A minimum of 6 years' experience in quota-carrying B2B sales roles.
- A track record of success in selling SaaS subscriptions into multiple large businesses, demonstrated by overachievement of quota and strong customer references.
- Deep understanding and preferably experience selling into the ecosystem we serve, including Enterprise Search, Logging, Security, APM, and Cloud.
- The ability to build relationships and credibility with both developers and executives.
- Predictable and accurate forecasting capabilities.
