Imaging Services Manager

This role offers a unique opportunity to take on the responsibility of overseeing daily operational services at our diagnostic imaging clinic. As an experienced Radiographer, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality and efficient imaging services for both patients and referrers.

The ideal candidate will have experience across CT, X-ray, Dental, and Bone Density modalities, as well as experience in mentoring and managing staff. They will also be expected to provide leadership and guidance to their team, working closely with colleagues to achieve excellent patient care outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

">

• Oversee daily operational services at the clinic

">

• Ensure the delivery of high-quality and efficient imaging services

">

• Provide leadership and guidance to staff

">

• Work closely with colleagues to achieve excellent patient care outcomes

">

• Identify, arrange, or conduct training requirements for the site and individuals

">

• Monitor and manage staff performance on a formal and informal basis

">

Requirements:

">

• Senior CT/ General Radiographer or Imaging Manager with a minimum of five years of post-qualification experience

">

• Demonstrated proficiency in problem-solving and organizational multitasking abilities

">

• Previous management experience is advantageous

">

• QLD Radiation License and AHPRA

">
