As a seasoned radiographer, you will have the opportunity to take on a leadership role at our Diagnostic Imaging clinic. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operational services at the site, ensuring the delivery of a high-quality and efficient imaging service for both patients and referrers.
About the Role- Responsibility for Company Key Performance Indicators specific to the role and contributing to site / regional KPIs through effective management of expenditure and resources.
- The operational efficiency of the site (clerical, technical and radiologist) and acting on directives from a State/National level.
- Administration and clerical management (including IT).
- People management at sites.
- Recruitment and selection of staff according to company procedures.
- Training requirements identification, arrangement, or conduct for the site and individuals.
- Monitoring and managing staff performance on a formal and informal basis (including probation and performance reviews).
In this position, you will work closely with a team of 7 staff members, providing leadership and guidance to ensure the smooth operation of the clinic. Additionally, you will be responsible for monitoring individual employees' classification, remuneration, skill level, and professional development.
