Imaging Services Team Leader

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team of 7 staff members and oversee the daily operational services at a site. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of a high-quality and efficient imaging service for patients and referrers.

  • Oversee daily operational services and ensure efficient imaging service delivery.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to staff.
  • Mentor and manage staff to achieve site goals.
  • Monitor and report on site performance metrics.
Responsibilities:
  • Operational efficiency of the site.
  • Effective management of expenditure and resources.
  • Administration and clerical management (including IT).
  • People management at sites.
  • Escalating staffing requirements.
  • Recruiting and selecting staff.
  • Identifying and arranging training requirements.
  • Monitoring and managing staff performance.
Requirements:
  • Senior CT/ General Radiographer or Imaging Manager.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in problem-solving and organizational multitasking abilities.
  • Previous management experience advantageous.
