Seeking a senior Radiographer to lead our team at Toowoomba Diagnostic Imaging clinic.

This role requires a highly skilled and experienced Radiographer with strong background in CT, X-ray, Dental and Bone Density modalities.

The ideal candidate will oversee daily operational services, ensuring delivery of high-quality imaging services to patients and referrers.

A leadership role is provided to a team of 7 staff members under your supervision.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing Company KPIs specific to the role and contributing to site/ regional KPIs through effective management of expenditure and resources (including staff).
  • Ensuring operational efficiency of the site (clerical, technical and radiologist) and acting on directives from a State/National level.
  • Administration and clerical management (including IT).
  • People management at their sites.
  • Escalating staffing requirements with supporting information to the Operations Manager.
  • Recruiting and selecting staff according to company procedures.
  • Identifying, arranging or conducting training requirements for the site and individuals.
  • Monitoring and managing staff performance on a formal and informal basis (probation and performance reviews).

Requirements include:

  • A senior CT/ General Radiographer or Imaging Manager with a minimum of five years post-qualification experience.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in problem-solving and organizational multitasking abilities.
  • Previous management experience is advantageous.
  • QLD Radiation License and AHPRA.
