Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Radiographer to lead our Diagnostic Imaging clinic in Toowoomba. As a key member of our team, you will oversee the daily operations, ensuring high-quality services for patients and referrers.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CT, X-ray, Dental, and Bone Density modalities, with experience in mentoring and managing staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the daily operational services at the site, ensuring efficient delivery of imaging services.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the staff under your supervision.
  • Mentor and develop team members to achieve their full potential.
  • Manage company KPIs specific to the role and contribute to site/regional KPIs through effective management of resources.
Requirements
  • Senior CT/General Radiographer or Imaging Manager with a minimum of five years' post-qualification experience.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in problem-solving and organizational multitasking abilities.
  • Previous management experience is advantageous.
  • QLD Radiation License and AHPRA registration.

Work Environment

Our Toowoomba Diagnostic Imaging clinic operates Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5pm, with no weekend or on-call work.
