Diagnostic Imaging Team Leader Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Radiographer to lead our Diagnostic Imaging team in a dynamic and supportive environment.

  • The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of CT, X-ray, Dental and Bone Density modalities and be experienced in mentoring/managing staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operational services to ensure high-quality imaging services.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to a team of 7.

Requirements:

  • A senior CT/ General Radiographer or Imaging Manager with a minimum of five years of post-qualification experience.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in problem-solving and organizational multitasking abilities.
  • Previous management experience is advantageous.
  • A QLD Radiation License and AHPRA registration are essential.

About the Role:

  1. Manage site operations, including staff, resources, and expenditure, to achieve company Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  2. Act on directives from state/national level, ensuring operational efficiency.
  3. Conduct administrative and clerical management, including IT tasks.
  4. People manage at your site, including recruitment, training, and performance reviews.
