Incident Risk Management Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented Incident Risk Manager to lead our team in managing potential and actual reportable risk matters.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and complete incident records in accordance with regulatory and internal risk frameworks.
- Conduct impact analysis, investigate root causes, and support timely resolution of risk incidents.
- Engage with stakeholders to ensure accurate and comprehensive incident information.
- Collaborate with teams and vendors to improve data quality and incident management processes.
- Ensure third-party providers deliver actionable and reliable incident information.
- Proven experience in incident analysis, preferably in the superannuation and/or insurance claims domain.
- Deep understanding of industry processes, especially insurance within super funds.
- Solid working knowledge of relevant laws and regulations governing member remediation and incident handling.
- Experience managing third-party relationships and holding them accountable for performance.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
