Risk Management SpecialistJob Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Risk Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for managing and mitigating risk-related incidents across the enterprise.

In this role, you will focus on accurate recording, assessment, and management of risk-related incidents, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and internal frameworks.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in incident analysis and remediation, preferably in the superannuation and/or insurance claims domain.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough impact analysis and support timely resolution of risk incidents.
  • Engage with key stakeholders to ensure complete and accurate incident information.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external vendors to improve incident detail and data quality.
  • Manage third-party providers and hold them accountable for service performance.
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in risk management and incident analysis.
  • A deep understanding of superannuation industry processes, especially insurance within super funds.
  • Solid working knowledge of relevant regulations and laws.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
