We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Technical Business Consultant to join our team at AC3 Australia.

About the Role:

This is a full-time contract position as a ServiceNow Technical Business Consultant/Trainer with high chances of extension or ongoing work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the analysis and delivery of business process initiatives using ServiceNow.
  • Organise and facilitate workshops with stakeholders to gather and analyse end-user requirements.
  • Create process maps and identify areas for potential improvement.
  • Develop functional specifications and document desired outcomes of system enhancements/development.
  • Produce technical specifications to communicate user requirements in technical terms to stakeholders.
  • Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure the overall efficiency, functionality, and user friendliness of system enhancements.
  • Provide input directly into operational change management initiatives and training.
  • Demonstrate detailed knowledge of ServiceNow products through the ability to accurately explain core system functionality, module capability, and configuration options.
  • Deliver training sessions, develop training materials, and ensure effective knowledge transfer to users.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working as a ServiceNow business analyst in medium to large environments.
  • Extensive experience across ServiceNow platform and modules such as ITSM, CMDB, HRSD, GRC.
  • Outstanding ability to analyse, isolate, and interpret business needs and develop appropriate artefacts/outputs.
  • Proven ability to adapt and work under pressure in a complex environment with multiple stakeholders and firm deadlines.
  • Industry certifications such as ServiceNow Certified System Admin (CSA) and ITIL Foundation certificate.
  • Outstanding level of written and oral communications skills, with a confident, personable, and professional manner.

Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary range for this position is $700-$850 per day, depending on experience. The role also offers a chance to work on various projects, opportunities for growth and development, and a supportive team environment.
