We are a leading IT Services Company, with offices in Sydney, Melbourne and Auckland, servicing over 50% of the NSW State Government and over 1,200 enterprise customers in Australia & NZ.
Our expertise includes Cloud and infrastructure, Cyber security, Software and data integration, and ServiceNow. We are currently looking for a couple of skilled professionals to work onsite at one of our customers' close to Parramatta, NSW.
Job Description:- To contribute to the analysis and delivery of business process initiatives using ServiceNow as the core system.
- To facilitate workshops with stakeholders to gather and analyse end user requirements as required.
- To develop functional specifications and document desired outcomes of system enhancements/development.
- To produce technical specifications to communicate user requirements in technical terms to stakeholders.
An ideal candidate will have previous experience working as a ServiceNow business analyst in medium to large environments. They should also have extensive experience across the ServiceNow platform and modules such as ITSM, CMDB, HRSD, GRC.
The selected candidate will be expected to demonstrate detailed knowledge of products through their ability to accurately explain core system functionality, module capability and configuration options. They will also be responsible for delivering training sessions, developing training materials, and ensuring effective knowledge transfer to users.
To be successful, candidates must go through a background check process. The salary for this role is estimated to be between $700-$850 per day depending on experience. Australian Permanent Residents or Citizens only.
