About the Role:

As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for resolving complex technical cases using ServiceNow software and platform. You will provide top-notch support to customers, leveraging various technologies and diagnostic tools to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and resolve challenging technical issues assigned to you

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum 5 years of customer-facing technical support experience
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot difficult technical issues with ease and complexity
  • Effective communication skills to explain solutions to complex technical problems
  • Personal commitment to quality, customer service, and teamwork
  • Technical Capabilities:
    • Basic knowledge of Java/JavaScript programming languages
    • Proficient in using Splunk for troubleshooting and analysis
    • Working knowledge of database concepts, optimization, and queries
