Swimming Coach Position

The ideal candidate will have a customer-centric mindset, combined with demonstrated experience teaching and coaching within the aquatics industry.

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated swimming coach to join our team. The role requires developing swimmers from the junior transition phase through to Junior Competition phase within the squad program.

About the Role
  • Coach and develop swimmers of all abilities, adapting stroke models to suit varying skill levels.
  • Deliver face-to-face training sessions for junior development aged swimmers.
  • Develop and implement seasonal training plans for junior development aged swimmers, focusing on technical stroke correction and competition-based performance.

The successful applicant will be able to work well in a team environment and take the initiative to work independently.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Attend and coach at internal/external competitions.
  2. Plan and coordinate internal club racing opportunities.
  3. Collaborate with the Head Coach and Age Group Swimming Coach on student retention activities.
  4. Maintain accurate athletes/swimmers' progression records.
