Job Title: Senior Aquatic Coach

The role of the senior aquatic coach involves delivering face-to-face training sessions for young swimmers. The ideal candidate will have a customer-centric mindset and demonstrated experience teaching and coaching within the aquatics industry.

About You
  • You are able to work well in a team environment, as well as independently.
  • You possess excellent communication skills and can effectively convey information to swimmers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement customized training programs for 14 & Under Development program participants.
  2. Maintain accurate records of swimmer progress and achievement.
  3. Collaborate with coaches and other staff members to ensure a cohesive and effective team approach.
  4. Stay up-to-date with best practices in swimming instruction and incorporate new techniques into your coaching methods.
  5. Foster a positive and supportive team culture that encourages open communication and collaboration.
  6. Support the development of the next generation of swimming coaches through mentorship and knowledge sharing.
