Job Description:

Deliver face-to-face training sessions for junior swimmers, focusing on technical stroke correction and competition-based performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coach and develop swimmers from the junior transition phase to Junior Competition phase within the squad program.
  • Develop and implement seasonal training plans for junior development aged swimmers.
  • Provide guidance to swimmers of all abilities, adapting stroke models to suit varying skill levels.
  • Attend and coach at internal and external competitions.
  • Plan and coordinate internal club racing opportunities in consultation with the Head Coach.
About You:

You have a customer-centric mindset combined with demonstrated experience teaching and coaching within the aquatics industry.

Key qualifications include the ability to work well in a team environment, as well as the initiative to work independently.
