Development Swim Coach

We are seeking a Development Swimming Coach to join our team.
About the RoleYou will have a customer-centric mindset and demonstrated experience teaching and coaching within the aquatics industry.
- Couch and develop swimmers from junior transition phase through to Junior Competition phase.
- Develop and implement seasonal training plans for junior development aged swimmers, focusing on technical stroke correction and competition-based performance.
- Provide guidance to swimmers of all abilities, adapting stroke models to suit varying skill levels.
- Coach and develop swimmers in the junior transition phase through to Junior Competition phase.

- Attend and coach at club races and internal/external competitions.
- Plan and coordinate internal club racing opportunities.
- Collaborate with coaches on student retention activities.
- Assist with squad program development.
- Maintain accurate athletes/swimmers' progression records.
