Job Title: Service Supervisor

Bosch Rexroth is a leading manufacturer of hydraulic components, power units, and systems. We are seeking an experienced Service Supervisor to join our team in Brisbane, QLD.

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Service Supervisor to lead our service team and ensure customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and controlling service activities, as well as overseeing field service operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure all HSE procedures are followed and incidents are reported accordingly.
  • Quote, coordinate, and oversee all field service activities.
  • Drive service sales by visiting customers and selling service products like maintenance contracts.
  • Ensure target turnover is achieved within the team.
  • Focus on quality, including lead time, NCR, customer feedback, quality action list, calibration, testing, and tagging.
  • Ensure employee training is up to date.
  • Supervise employees, contractors, and visitors from an HSE and quality perspective.
  • Able to travel as needed and support team members on site.
Requirements
  • Australian Permanent Resident or Australian Citizen.
  • Mechanical Trade certificate with minimum 5 years post-trade experience.
  • High-level technical knowledge of major hydraulic components.
  • Previous experience in hydraulic component repair.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
  • Effective teamwork skills and attention to detail.
  • Some MS Office skills required.
