Customer Success Manager Role Overview

Fuse Recruitment is seeking a dedicated Customer Success Manager to join our Sales & Marketing team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing relationships with our production customers, ensuring their needs are met while driving business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Acting as the main point of contact for select production customers, managing their accounts and ensuring timely responses to their requests.
  • Converting customer forecasts into purchase orders, aiming to achieve a 55% forecast conversion to orders over a rolling 12-month period.
  • Maintaining up-to-date customer pricing to meet profit and margin requirements.
  • Quoting for existing customers and ensuring profitability in line with company policy.
  • Developing and managing an account management plan, overseeing the smooth operation of account managers within the production team.
  • Coordinating customer satisfaction and order intake meetings, ensuring all customer communication is maintained according to the account management plan.
  • Supporting the onboarding of new design projects into production and assisting with the costing of manufacturing projects.
  • Ensuring compliance with quality management systems, statutory obligations, and environmental management activities.

Requirements

  • Experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within the electronics or manufacturing industry.
  • Strong account management skills with the ability to develop and maintain customer relationships.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, preferably Salesforce, and familiarity with project management tools.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • A proactive approach with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Commitment to compliance with workplace health and safety, quality management systems, and environmental sustainability practices.
