Paid Performance Marketing Specialist

Our ideal candidate will take on the role of Paid Performance Marketing Specialist, working with small to medium sized e-commerce businesses across various platforms including Google, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage 10-12 client accounts across multiple platforms, from initial client brief to campaign setup and optimization.
- Review competitive landscapes, keyword selection and audience targeting for clients.
- Monitor spend and budgets, identifying channel opportunities that drive additional exposure and revenue growth.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years experience in paid performance marketing.
- Strong understanding of Google Adwords and Facebook.
- Excellent data analysis, insights and reporting skills.
- Ability to client face and take briefs.
- Drive and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
