**About the role**:
As a Specialist - Paid Social Marketing, you will play a key role in our social media marketing program. You will be responsible for the management, optimisation and continuous improvement of the social media marketing program and deliver on key marketing objectives and sales targets.

You will implement campaigns, customer experiences and initiatives in accordance with overall digital marketing strategies and inspire new growth opportunities in social media marketing.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Develop comprehensive strategies to maximise brand visibility, enhance engagement and optimise social media marketing performance
- Development, implementation and management of social marketing campaigns in Meta ads, LinkedIn, YouTube, Tik Tok, Spotify, Redditt
- Development and implementation of ongoing optimisation strategies to improve social marketing performance
- Create and deliver captivating creative and compelling copy that drives high engagement and maximises conversion rates
- Conduct A/B testing to optimise audience engagement and creative execution
- Engage and collaborate with business stakeholders to design and implement high performing social marketing campaigns

**What will you bring?**
- 2+ years social media marketing experience with a demonstrated understanding of digital media and creative execution
- 2+ years campaign development experience within Meta ads, LinkedIn, YouTube, Tik Tok, Spotify Redditt or related platforms and Meta Blueprint certified
- You will be excited by new ideas, innovative and keen to engage and delight users with exceptional social media experiences. You have a passion for digital marketing and will work as part of a cross-functional team to achieve key brand objectives.
- You will have strong data and analytical capabilities to drive performance and site traffic growth using market and competitive data to identify and maximise opportunities.
