The Role We are looking for a Paid Search Specialist to own, optimise, and scale Linktree's paid search campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising. You will play a critical role in driving customer acquisition, improving brand visibility, and maximising return on ad spend (ROAS). With a mix of technical expertise and data-driven insights, you will manage complex campaigns, identify growth opportunities, and refine strategies to deliver outstanding results. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you'll ensure our paid search initiatives contribute to Linktree's global growth and marketing objectives. This role is perfect for a proactive, analytical thinker with a passion for performance marketing who's ready to make an impact in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. What You'll Own

  • Develop and execute Linktree's global paid search strategies, managing campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and other search platforms.

  • Conduct detailed keyword research and audience segmentation to identify high-performing opportunities.

  • Create compelling ad copy and optimise landing pages to improve conversion rates.

  • Manage budgets, bid strategies, and targeting settings to maximise campaign performance.

  • Monitor, analyse, and report on key performance metrics such as CPA, CTR, and ROAS, making data-driven decisions to refine campaigns.

  • Test and iterate ad creative, landing pages, and bidding strategies to continuously improve results.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, analytics, and SEO, to align search efforts with broader marketing goals.

  • Stay ahead of industry trends, tools, and best practices in paid search advertising, bringing innovative ideas to the table. Who We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in paid search, with a proven track record of driving measurable results.

  • Expertise in platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and GA4.

  • Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like Looker Studio for performance reporting.

  • Familiarity with A/B testing and optimisation techniques for ads and landing pages.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting insights and recommendations to stakeholders.

  • Passion for digital marketing and staying updated on industry trends and technologies. Why Join Linktree
