Join our growing marketing team in Melbourne or Sydney as a Paid Ads Marketing Specialist, where you'll drive high-impact digital campaigns across search and social platforms.

About The Role

We are seeking an experienced and performance-oriented Paid Ads Marketing Specialist with a strong background in the financial services or trading industry. This role will be key in planning and executing paid media campaigns aimed at driving acquisition, engagement, and retention through data-led strategies. You'll be responsible for the end-to-end implementation of SEM and digital media campaigns, briefing landing pages, coordinating with external agencies, and continuously monitoring and optimizing campaign ROI.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid search (Google, Bing) and paid social campaigns to drive qualified leads.
  • Conduct keyword research and competitor benchmarking tailored to the trading and investment landscape.
  • Work with the design, web, and product teams to brief and develop optimised landing pages.
  • Ensure alignment with regulatory and compliance guidelines specific to financial marketing.
  • Track campaign metrics daily (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, lead quality, conversion rate).
  • Create weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights tailored to financial campaign goals.
  • Serve as the point of contact for media agencies and paid media partners.
  • Review and approve campaign strategies, budgets, creatives, and media reports.
  • Make data-driven recommendations to reallocate budgets for maximum impact.
  • Monitor spend effectiveness and return on investment across all platforms.

Key Skills & Experience Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or related field.
  • 2 years of paid media experience, ideally within a financial services, fintech, or trading environment.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics (GA4), and tracking tools.
  • Familiarity with tag implementation, UTM parameters, and pixel tracking.
  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to turn insights into performance improvements.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Ideally based in Melbourne.
  • Fluency in Mandarin is mandatory.
