Job Summary:

This is a permanent part-time position with 34.5 hours per week during school term and up to 38 hours during vacation care time.

About the Role:
  • Assist in the day-to-day running of the service and management of a team of Educators.
  • Support staff management, ensuring compliance with policy, and undertaking administrative requirements.
  • Work collaboratively with families and the school community to provide high-quality childcare services.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Completed or actively studying relevant qualifications in Childcare or Teaching (Minimum of Diploma in Children Services).
  • Demonstrated experience in assisting with programming and a passion for providing quality childcare.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • First Aid and CPR certification or willingness to obtain.
  • Certificate of Suitability to work with Children and Young People (Blue Card) or willingness to obtain.
