Bribery and Corruption Program Manager


Job Description:">
  • ">
  • In this role, you will be assisting with the implementation and oversight of the global Anti-Bribery and Corruption programme, including programme governance, policy development, training, monitoring and oversight and analysis of regulatory change.">
  • You will use your subject matter expertise in relation to all areas of the anti-bribery and corruption programme and assist in responding to external and internal programme enquiries.">
  • Additionally, you will influence and shape anti-bribery policies, controls and risk appetite and engage with stakeholders across all regions and business lines to manage and enhance our current anti-bribery and corruption framework.">

">Demonstrable financial crime risk experience, preferably with a focus on anti-bribery and corruption risk management.">Financial services experience or experience working in a similar role in industry, legal or regulatory environment.">Sound knowledge of global anti-bribery and corruption laws and regulations, including the US FCPA and UK Bribery Act.">Exposure to drafting policy content is valuable.">Experience developing and delivering training content is valuable.">Excellent stakeholder management and a proven track record in building constructive partnerships with senior leadership.">
