Job Title:

Enterprise Conduct and Integrity Leader

About the Opportunity

This is a 12-month position to lead the development, implementation, and ongoing improvement of enterprise-wide conduct and integrity matters.

  • Fraud and corruption control, prevention, detection, and investigations
  • Reporting of wrongdoing matters
  • Public interest disclosure matters
  • Conduct risk reviews
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Driving the evolution of fraud management frameworks
  2. Fostering a culture of trust, accountability, and ownership of risk across the enterprise
  3. Managing reviews including fact-find and investigations on conduct and integrity related matters
  4. Providing guidance and support to management around escalation of conduct and integrity issues
  5. Contributing to building a risk-based annual audit plan
About You

We are looking for someone with:

  • Qualifications in a relevant discipline (e.g. Certificate IV in Government Investigations)
  • Significant experience managing fraud, anti-bribery, and corruption matters
  • Strong background in undertaking complex investigations and working in a highly regulated environment
  • Recent experience leading and managing conduct and integrity teams in the financial services or government sector
  • Strong stakeholder engagement, influencing, and leadership skills
