Financial Anti-Corruption Leadership Role

This is a senior leadership position responsible for driving anti-bribery and corruption efforts.
- Develop policies, procedures, and controls to mitigate financial crime risks.
Strategic advice on material regulatory changes will be provided to key stakeholders.
Review and decisioning of related escalations, including gift approvals and third-party onboarding.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and controls to mitigate financial crime risks.
- Provide strategic advice on material AB&C/ATEF regulatory changes.
- Review and decisioning of AB&C/ATEF related escalations.
Manage business-aligned tools and processes to build financial crime compliance capability.
Qualifications and ExperienceMinimum 5 years' experience in financial crime compliance in a complex organisation across multiple businesses or countries.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- A track record in building financial crime compliance capability.
- Sound judgement in identifying and mitigating financial crime risks.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
