Global Financial Crime Risk Specialist

This role supports the implementation and oversight of global Anti-Bribery and Corruption initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversight of Anti-Bribery and Corruption programmes, including governance, policy development, training, monitoring and analysis of regulatory changes.
- Expertise in anti-bribery and corruption risk management and assistance with responding to external enquiries.
- Influencing anti-bribery policies, controls and risk appetite, engaging stakeholders across regions and business lines.
- Demonstrable financial crime risk experience, preferably focusing on anti-bribery and corruption risk management.
- Financial services background or similar experience in industry, legal or regulatory environments.
- Familiarity with global anti-bribery and corruption laws, including FCPA and UK Bribery Act.
- Prior experience drafting policy content is valuable.
- Developing and delivering training content is a desirable skill.
- Proven stakeholder management skills, building partnerships with senior leaders.
