Job Overview:

We're seeking a skilled and motivated rehabilitation specialist to join our team in providing workplace injury prevention services.

Konekt's nationwide operation involves supporting Australians into work, back to work, and ensuring they remain well when at work to maximize workforce participation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate the treatment and rehabilitation needs of workers with work-related or non-work-related injuries
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments such as initial needs, workplace evaluations, ergonomics, and activities of daily living
  • Help clients identify suitable employment or training options by reviewing their transferable skills, qualifications, and interests
  • Coordinate effective case management to plan, coordinate, and monitor client progress toward return-to-work goals
