About the Role

This is a challenging opportunity for a skilled professional to support individuals with physical injuries by assessing their needs and providing solutions for safe return to work.

  • Utilise advanced psychosocial risk tools to deliver holistic support and achieve exceptional outcomes.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments, including initial needs, workplace evaluations, and activities of daily living.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor rehabilitation plans to achieve recovery at work.
  • Carry out worksite assessments to support short-term and long-term return-to-work goals.
