Rehabilitation Consultant

We're seeking a skilled professional to support clients recovering from workplace or motor vehicle injuries, helping them return to work and activities of daily living.
The ideal candidate will conduct workplace assessments, functional capacity evaluations, and return-to-work planning, collaborating with employers, insurers, and medical professionals to build effective relationships and drive client outcomes.
About the Role- Support clients in their rehabilitation journey, providing expert guidance and advocacy throughout the process
- Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to develop tailored return-to-work plans, ensuring seamless integration with existing services
- Tertiary qualifications as an Exercise Physiologist, Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist, or Osteopath, plus relevant professional accreditation (ESSA and APHRA)
- Previous occupational rehabilitation experience is desired but not required; we prioritize candidates with strong communication and interpersonal skills
