Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Indigenous Community Liaison Specialist to join our team. As an integral part of our organization, you will play a key role in fostering strong relationships with Indigenous communities and stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Indigenous cultures and protocols, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be responsible for building and maintaining trust with external partners, providing administrative support, and contributing to the development of strategic directions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Deep understanding of Indigenous communities, cultures, and protocols
- Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Demonstrable experience working within the Indigenous sector or with Indigenous communities
- Strong organizational and administrative abilities
- Ability to interpret and analyze data to inform future strategic directions
