Key Responsibilities- Proactively sourcing and engaging top talent across multiple channels
- Building and nurturing candidate pools for current and future positions
- Partnering with hiring managers and recruitment teams to understand what great looks like
- Sharing market insights and supporting strategic recruitment campaigns
- Championing our employer brand and candidate experience
- 2+ years' experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally in a fast-paced environment
- Strong skills in sourcing tools, platforms, and social media
- A relationship-builder who thrives on connecting with people
- Organised, curious, and proactive with an eye for detail
